A framed kiln-fused glass panel featuring two spring blossom trees with leaves in shades of pink, lavender and purple, set in front of a stand of distant blossom trees in the park, on a pink, lilac and coral orange background. The panel is made from four different layers of glass and has been through up to six kiln firings at 810 degrees celsius to create the visual depth within the piece. The last firing is at a lower temperature to add finishing surface detail and texture.
