A glass cabochon handmade in my garden shed also known as 'The Melting Pot'. The cabochon is made with a rich purple base glass topped with clear glass and has mouth-blown ivory glass and silver leaf shards together with fine silver foil between the layers. The foils, shards and glass all react in the heat of the kiln to create an array of colours and organic effects. Each cabochon is completely unique! The cabochon is set in an unusual Sterling Silver twist drop setting.
