A framed kiln-fused glass panel featuring a solitary leafy tree in shades of amber and yellow, set in front of a stand of middle distance trees bursting into life, on a green, amber and pale aqua background. The panel is made from four different layers of glass and has been through up to six kiln firings at 810 degrees celsius to create the visual depth within the piece. The last firing is at a lower temperature to add finishing surface detail and texture.

The glass is approximately 12mm thick so is a substantial piece whilst the panel (including the frame) measures 13.5cm x 23.5cm and is 4cm deep allowing the piece to be sturdily freestanding.
